HOSPICE PHYSICIANS
Our physicians work in conjunction with the patient’s primary physician. Additionally, we are available for pain and symptom management consultation.
REGISTERED NURSES
Managing the patient’s medical care and are highly skilled in assessing and managing pain and discomfort.
CERTIFIED HOME HEALTH AIDE
We assist with personal care (bathing, feeding, etc.) and oversee dental and mouth care.
SOCIAL WORKERS
Assisting in providing emotional care to the patient and family members. A social workers also helps address financial issues and obtain any governmental support, and if qualified, assists with end-of-life preparations such as funeral and mortuary arrangements.
SPIRITUAL COUNSELORS/CHAPLAINS
Our spiritual counselors oorking in conjunction with the patient’s clergy are available to provide spiritual support for the patient, and family is available to conduct or attend memorial services.
HOSPICE VOLUNTEERS
Specially trained volunteers are available to spend time with the patient, offer companionship, and provide relief for the family.
